Pros: ADLER Historic Guesthouse is an absolute gem. The location couldn’t be better, right in the historic center and just steps away from the Christmas market, yet calm and peaceful. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, blending historic character with modern comfort effortlessly. The service truly stood out: warm, attentive, and genuinely kind people who make you feel welcome from the first moment. The breakfast was very nice, with high-quality local products that made the morning feel special. The views are lovely, and the rooftop swimming pool is a real highlight, especially after a day walking through the old town and markets. Everything about this stay felt easy, elegant, and well cared for. A place I would happily return to, and warmly recommend to anyone looking for charm, comfort, and a perfect base to explore Brixen and the Dolomites.

Pros: The breakfast was delicious and I loved the variety of food on offer. The room was very clean and comfortable- I slept very well. Our party also appreciated other touches such as the hotel holding onto some clothes for a few months after one of us had accidentally left them there. Staff were all lovely. We will be back!

An excellent two day stay in a beautifully restored historic building g centrally located.

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. We arrived by bus and an easy walk to hotel with suitcases. The staff were very helpful with sorting out train tickets that had been purchased by me for the wrong date. Their two restaurants were superb . The location in the historic centre ideal. I enjoyed their rooftop pool and spa & gym.

Pros: .! If it was possible, We would give this hotel 100. What a great place! such a special location in a historic renovated place. The staff was the smiliest staff we ever seen. So lovely! We would certainly come back

Great central location, stylish hotel, extremely friendly staff

Pros: Great central location, stylish hotel, extremely friendly staff, and excellent breakfasts. Rooftop pool and spa center.

Cons: It's good to be prepared for parking. To get to the hotel, you drive into the city center via a bridge. Not everyone feels confident doing this, but it is doable.

Cons: Staff smoking outside and smoke coming in through our window. Need to find a better staff smoking area.
