Exceptional stay

Pros: We had an exceptional stay at Fink! This is so much more than a hotel. The rooms are spacious, the decor is elegant and is smells heavenly throughout the whole hotel. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and serviceminded. And the food is amazing! They serve breakfast at the table, and you can order from a varied menu. Everything we ate tasted delicious! Make sure you reserve a table for dinner. That was an experience of its own. We will be back for sure!

Pros: An amazing place! The feedback of the previous guests was very favorable, by staying myself for 2 nights I do confirm that the evaluation is correct. Very clean and beautiful hotel in the old town. Petra and Florian are the super owners, attentive to you needs. And THE breakfast is the must. Don’t miss it!

Simply stunning and amazing

Pros: This hotel is in its own category and league. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The food at the restaurant is at the level of Michelin star restaurants. If there is a room available just book it you will not regret your decision.

Pros: I absolutely love this hotel and I would definitely come back. I was very impressed with the interior design and the high level of service. The breakfast was incredibly diverse and delicious, with very fresh and healthy ingredients. The hotel staff was professional, warm, and polite. The sauna and Turkish bath were also very comfortable and relaxing.

Cons: The snacks in the sauna area were a bit disappointing, as they lacked flavor and had lost their crispness, likely from being exposed for too long. Additionally, the Roman bath, despite being told as 24-hour, suddenly had its lights turn off after midnight, which left me a bit flustered.

Pros: Very clean and lovely aesthetic. Staff were all so warm and kind. We asked for an iron which they didn’t have on the first day, but this was purchased, delivered and brought up to our room by the next day - just brilliant! Breakfast was also super fresh and brought out in a way that made us feel very special.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Brixen with delicious restaurant

Pros: Beautifully-designed hotel in the charming old town of Brixen. Very friendly and helpful staff, and absolutely delicious breakfast!

Cons: The room was quite humid; spa is beautiful but the roman baths are not warm

Pros: Loved the calm ambience. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were super friendly.

A beautiful stay

Pros: A stunning hotel property located on the most beautiful Italian street. The location is perfect for trips and sights around the north. The rooms are beautifully decorated with lots of storage space (which is usually lacking in most hotels!), with tea and coffee making facilities. The staff are all very friendly and speak very good English. We only had breakfast one morning of our 5 night stay as we were so busy out exploring each day early, but what we did have was really good food. The spa is also a very nice addition at the end of a busy day hiking to use.
