Pros: Loved the location (incredible views, day hikes possible from the property into a number of directions and at different levels of difficulty), the hotel offers very large rooms including a huge bed, a terrace/balcony and privacy. The kitchen in the room is great and fully equipped and the onsite restaurant is highly recommended. All staff are very attentive and friendly.

Pros: Upon arrival we knew it would be a wonderful experience, the place is fenius loci. It is incredible to see the beauty of the mountains after the sunrise. At the same time we got an upgraded room from the owner after some system problem. Everything was clean, brand new. The room was super equipped and the kitchen and the overall room. The wellness and the pool were great - big with panoramic view. Tasty breakfasts and great meals. Nice and helpful staff, even gam worked Slovaks so there was no language barrier. I really have nothing to complain about, I can only recommend it especially for couples and when you want to have peace and quiet it is exactly the place where it is not crowded. At the same time, the hotel puts the emphasis on sustainability - water from the mountains, solar systems. I have no words for a really incredible experience. I recommend 12/10

Beautiful Spaces - More Attention to Details Needed

Pros: The hotel is placed in a fabulous position, with a direct and amazing view of the Dolomites. The owner was extremely kind to upgrade our room to a honeymoon suite, which had a private wooden hot tub (amazing for real!). This we appreciated immensely, as it changed our stay for the better. The room was clean, organized, and furnished with taste. The sauna and pool are also new and tastefully designed. Unfortunately, the opening times are extremely limited, and one rarely gets to use those facilities (as explained below).

Cons: Breakfast was included, but it is held in an underground room with no sunlight, different from the beautiful dinner space (that you don't even get to see/appreciate if you choose not to dine in their restaurant). Since this is the space shown in the listing, one expects to have all meals there. Starting your day in an artificially lit, noisy, bunker-like space is not appropriate for a facility of this kind. Choices are also quite limited: all pre-packaged foods, yoghurt, and only a few savoury options. Staff are kind but overwhelmed, so for two days in a row we did not even have the chance to get coffee from them. Unfortunately, it did not meet our standards, especially for a four-star hotel at this price. As per the sauna/spa area, the spaces are certainly new and beautiful, but the pool was extremely cold, especially for being partly outdoors. The opening times are extremely problematic: nothing is open before 3PM and it closes at 7. The first day we arrived just in time to stay 10 minutes in the too cold pool, the second day we literally rushed home only to find that the pool closed early and the third day, even if we decided to stay in the hotel in the morning, we came to realize that nothing is open until 3PM. We ended up wasting the entire day. I wonder why they built those areas only to have them run for only 4 hours a day. We had definitely read about the owner's personality before arriving: we can confirm he can come off as being arrogant and condescending. I am not sure if he is like this only with women, but he definitely needs to work on his customer-service skills and have people relax at their own terms without bothering them with unrequested opinions and passive-agressive comments.

Pros: Dużą zaletą jest uprzejmość i goscinność gospodarza i całej obsługi. Zostaliśmy oprowadzeni po całym obiekcie, zaproponowano nam miejsca warte zobaczenia. Obiekt przepięknie położony z cudownym widokiem, basenem i strefą saun. Śniadania oraz dania z menu w ramach kolacji bardzo smaczne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Miejsce godne polecenia w szczególności dla osób ceniących spokój, wypoczynek i dobrą atmosferę. Proszę nie sugerować się negatywnymi opiniami innych gości - tutaj wszystko jest dopracowane na najwyższym poziomie. Z serdecznymi pozdrowieniami dla gospodarza i obsługi.

Cons: Tires es un pueblo donde no hay nada de servicios para un turista. Conocí otros pueblos en la región que son más bellos y ofrecen más facilidades para el viajero.
