All in all it was a very good stay at Schwarzer Adler. The staff really makes an effort for everything to work well. The

Pros: Liked the fact that it was really central but still quiet. It was not crowded which was excellent after some days on the pistes.

Cons: Nothing to complain about. Maybe a swimming pool would be nice!

Pros: Beautiful hotel. Comfortable and spacious family room. Beautifully renovated. In the town center but very quiet at night. Super kind and helpful staff who when we couldn’t find the route to the hotel, guided us live via phone. This is excellent service. Wonderful restaurant - quick service and delicious food.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect — the hotel was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, right in the center of Vipiteno. The service was outstanding, and the restaurant and food were absolutely fantastic. We will definitely come back again!

Pros: The hotel is centrally located in the middle of the square, near the beautiful tower of Vipiteno, our room faced the beautiful square.. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the helpful front desk officer, who gave us a brief history of the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade and accommodated in a spacious apartment that was very clean and modernly renovated. The apartment included convenient amenities such as a dishwasher and an electric cooker. Breakfast was good and healthy, offering a nice start to the day.

Cons: Some breakfast items weren’t on display and had to be ordered separately, like scrambled or boiled eggs, coffee, and juice. Parking spaces were limited and quite tight between cars, and the parking fee was also on the expensive side. Parking location is behind the hotel and quite tricky to get. Make sure you have the location exact on your map. On a funny note, the hanging lampshade in our bedroom was a bit too low — it kept getting knocked. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but a few small adjustments could make it even better.

Pros: The property is by far one of the nicest we have stayed in. The interior is welcoming and modern with a very relaxed feel.

Pros: I cannot fault a single thing about the hotel, everything was perfect. We did request a room upgrade before arriving, from a king room to a king room with a balcony, but the hotel kindly put us in one of their apartment / suites which was stunning; so spacious and comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen to make lunch and dinners. The spa & wellness area is gorgeous with space to relax, and finally the location cannot be faulted. On top of it all, Staff were kind and pleasant, always willing to help. 100% recommend, we will be back!

Pros: Everything was amazing. It's a beautifully renovated old building. The suites are wonderfully crafted and have everything you need. Wellness area was top class. Breakfast was great. Staff very welcoming and friendly.
