Pros: La struttura è moderna, pulitissima e con tutti confort (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno, induzione, garage, ecc…). Perfetta per coppie, ma anche famiglie. A pochi minuti a piedi sia dal centro che dall’impianto di risalita di monte cavallo. Torneremo sicuramente!

Cons: Non un difetto, ma da segnalare che l’appartamento si trova al quarto piano di una struttura senza ascensore.

Ausgezeichnete Lage und super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Pros: Super solides kleines Apartment mit wirklich tollem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Lage in Sterzing ist perfekt. Bei der Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts. Die virtuelle Betreuung durch den sehr freundlichen Gastgeber ist jederzeit top!

Cons: Die Garageneinfahrt ist wirklich steil. Wir sind nur einmal rauf und runter und haben dann lieber draußen geparkt. Eine bessere Matratze würde den Komfort im Apartment noch abrunden.

Pros: Piccola casa accogliente con tutto il necessario, punto di forza garage per l'auto e la vicinanza al centro, ci siamo fermati solo 2 notti ma ci siamo trovati bene.

Cons: L'appartamento si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore, per alcune persone potreb6essere difficoltoso.

Pros: De locatie was top. Eigen parkeerplaats onder het gebouw. Werkelijk alles aanwezig in het appartement, tot ontstopper en afwasmiddel toe. Ruim met z'n tweeën. Vriendelijke gastheer, via app contact. Fijn verblijf

Cons: Gladde oprit garage. Veel trappen lopen, bovenste etage. Voor het slaapgedeelte eng trappetje op en daar kun je niet rechtop staan. Voor ons ( 70 en bijna 60 jaar) beetje moeilijk. Gelukkig is er ook een slaapbank in een aparte ruimte, daar hebben wij geslapen.

Pros: Bella mansarda con tutto l'occorrente...in zona silenziosa ma vicinissima al centro...

Cons: Il soppalco con la scala ripida...se si hanno male le ginocchia è un po' problematico...xò cmq c'è il divano nella zona sotto e così si risolve il problema
