Pros: Our stay at this hotel was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially Mrs. Karolina on the front desk, always greeting us with a smile and offering help and ideas to make our stay more welcoming on every turn. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning views that made our morning feel special. Every amenity, from the luxurious spa to the perfectly maintained infinity pool, exceeded our expectations.

i still think is a great hotel. 100% recommended

Pros: Room was very confortable and clean, Dinner and Breakfast excellent and also the Bartender made excellent drinks.

Cons: when they clean the room they doesn’t replace all of the towels and blankets and after they suggested we have took them. an uncomfortable misunderstanding.

Cons: De spa was donker en ongezellig. De buitensauna hut was wél fantastisch

Pros: Hermosas vistas desde la piscina exterior y el solarium. Muy agradable la zona de saunas. Desayuno excelente! Personal de sala muy cordial y atento. Buena cena. Me gustó también el tamaño del sitio, no excesivamente grande.

Cons: El diseño lujoso, las lamparas de piedrecitas, la piedra negra y los dorados... No me han gustado: esperaba un estilo más acorde al lugar.

Pros: Sehr gut organisiertes Team, außergewöhnliche Lage direkt unter der Seiser Alm Bahn. Sehr umfangreiches Dinner mit genügend Auswahl. Spa- Bereich wie in der Beschreibung gezeigt. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr freundliches Personal, welches ( fast ) alle Wünsche wahr werden lässt.

Angenehmes kleines Hotel mit super Lage, als Ausgangspunkt für grandiose Touren zu Fuß oder mit dem Bike.

Pros: Schöne Unterkunft, Ausstattung zwischen modern und klassisch. Sehr leckeres Essen und freundliches Personal. Schöner Saunabereich.

Cons: Um perfekt zu sein, sollte noch mehr Wert auf die Kleinigkeiten gelegt werden. Man merkt dem Servicepersonal teilweise an, dass sie möglicherweise nicht vom Fach kommen. Aber durch die durchgehend vorhandene Freundlichkeit, wird das wieder wett gemacht.

Pros: Das Hotel ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen! Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen! Sehr nette Atmosphäre, sehr gute Gastronomie, wunderschöne Pool-Anlage mit herrlichem Aussicht, entzückende Kätzchen im Garten :) Was will man mehr? :))

Cons: Alles war schön, aber das nächste Mal buchen wir eine größere Suite mit Panoramablick.
