Snowy wonderland in autumn.

Pros: Exceptional service overall and dinner and breakfast were excellent. Location is spectacular, snow overnight was a bonus. Ability to control heating was much appreciated.

Alles wunderbar, Zimmer war toll und alle sind sehr freundlich.

Pros: Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig und in sehr guter Lage. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich !

Cons: Beim Frühstücksbuffet fehlte Orangensaft (Standard!) und es könnte von der Küche öfters Schinken nachgelegt bzw. das Buffet kontrolliert werden.

Bello comodo e accogliente

Pros: Staff fantastico, super accogliente e simpatico, super gentili. davvero in esperienza fantastica, hotel in una posizione strategica per chi come me va su al volo a fare delle passeggiate/arrampicate, comodo accogliente e ben curato staff gentile e cordiale, la camera molto comoda e grande con vista molto bella.

Hotel Precioso con una Atención al detalle y servicio Excelente

Pros: Todo el personal fue super amable, siempre con una sonrisa y haciendote sentir como en casa. Nos dieron muchos consejos de sitios para visitar o para tomar algo etc. Sin duda para repetir.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Pros: Es war alles top. Sauber, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und tolle Lage. Das Frühstücksbuffet war klein aber fein, mit frisch zubereiteten warme Eierspeisen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Preis-Lesitungsverhältnis stimmt einfach. Werde definitiv wieder kommen.

Genau so haben wir uns den Aufenthalt auf der Seiler Alm gewünscht.

Pros: Ein sehr schönes Hotel auf der Seiser Alm mit wunderbarem Blick auf den Schlern. Unser Zimmer und das Bad waren ungewöhnlich Groß, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Abendmenü sollte man unbedingt dazu buchen.

Cons: Für uns gab es gar nichts zu bemängeln.
