Fantastic mountain retreat!

Pros: Everything! The location was stunning, amazing views and just at the beginning of the major trails. The staff was very nice and attentive.

Cons: Only thing that’s missing is an outdoor pool, it would have been nice.

Great location: right in the middle of the alm, quiet and with great views.

Pros: Location was sublime! Room and balcony spacious, clean and quiet.

Cons: Although we knew, we did miss a swimming pool. The outside natural lake for swimming looked great but is way too cold. And we would have liked to take dinner in the room with a view...

A really special hotel with a warm welcome in an area of outstanding beauty

Pros: The location was tucked away in a small forest up in the Seiser Alm plateau. Peaceful and beautiful with an abundance of snowy hikes, cross country and alpine skiing from the front door. The hotel is modern traditional, not too fancy and showy but a perfect blend of the natural beauty surrounding it. The food in the restaurant was excellent but the service from the wonderful staff was what made the hotel and restaurant really special. We loved it so much we extended our stay and will definitely return.

Cons: Hard to plan with the road closed really just have to stay around the hotel, definitely pre-book dinner

Ein Haus in Traumlage zum Wohlfühlen

Pros: Die Lage mitten im Skigebiet war super, nicht rummelig, sehr ruhig, mit präparierter Zufahrt zur Skipiste. Das Essen war sehr gut und das Team sehr zuvorkommend. Der Wellnessbereich war sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben ihn jeden Tag genutzt. Zudem gab es einen kleinen Fitnessraum und eine Tischtennis-Platte. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und das Bett hatte eine angenehme Matratze. Perfekte Location für einen entspannten Skiurlaub! Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.
