Seiser Alm Plaza

Pros: The location is amazing and we loved our stay here. Dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious and so many choices. Private parking behind the hotel.

Cons: It was a last minute booking and the price was pretty good. It didn't seem like the hotel was super busy but we ended up getting the room at the very end in the back corner. There would have probably been a few better options but it wasn't a big issue. The rooms are bit older but clean and comfortable.

Good location at Alpe di Siusi.

Pros: good breakfast & dinner. Spectacular surrounding view.

Cons: drink is chargeable for dinner even a glass of still or sparkling water. No elevator. No mini bar at room.

Pros: Location was great, room was clean and cozy but more than everything the staff was amazing. Very welcoming, helpful and responsive to all sorts of queries. And the food was simply excellent. Overall loved the place.

Cons: My room was old fashion and I discovered that using Booking.com you pay almost the double of normal rate. My advice is call then directly and ask for a fair rate. They will help you for sure

A wonderful experience in a spectacular setting.

Pros: We have been to Seiser Alm a few times now on various visits to nearby Bolzano - and loved every one. As a treat, we decided to spend a night up there. It was a wonderful experience - and the Plaza was perfect with a charm that can't be beaten. Staff are excellent, included dinner absolutely superb (and a must) and view spectacular. Thank you to management and staff.

Perfect location, great staff, they have thought of everything!

Pros: Every one of the staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was excellent -- 5-7 courses every night! The bed was comfortable, the sauna was perfect after a day outside on the slopes. You can walk out the door (with a storeroom for your boots and skis) and be on either the cross country trail or the downhill slopes within 5 minutes. Plus there are hiking trails that take you to beautiful views.

Cons: Nothing -- it was perfect.

Cons: Coffee served at the breakfast was not very tasty.

Everything is good, parking is free, and the sauna is good. The dinner was excellent.

Pros: The dinner was very rich and the scenery was very good.
