We have had a five-star experience at Hotel Seelaus and it has exceeded our expectations.

Pros: Location: quiet, peaceful with beautiful views of the surrounding meadow and mountain ranges, and a short walking distance to Compatsch for shops and rent-a-bike. Staff: looked after us very well from the moment we arrived to check out. We were attended well at breakfast and dinner time but it never felt intrusive. The massage service is top notch and a fantastic treat after a hiking day. Hotel room: very spacious, comfortable mattress and pillows which are not always guaranteed even in a 5-star hotel. Bathroom is large with a bath and a separate shower cubicle, and we just used the latter that worked perfectly for us. Food: freshly cooked and prepared daily. A wide range of European and Asian-fusion food at breakfast and dinner. Being served a three-course dinner daily is a real spoil, especially after being invited to help ourselves to a variety of buffet food at dinner time!

Good service, nice atmosphere. Would have stayed longer if more affordable.

Pros: The personnel was really nice and welcoming us. Especially when checking in and at the breakfast. Liked the breakfast and dinner. We had booked also massages, that were tailored timewise to our needs.She was suoerfriendly too. Very nice stay despite the very high price.

Cons: The only downsize was the high price: for two nights 800eur even booking last minute. Pillows could be updated. And not the best view in the area. However, decided still to come and it was nice.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, great room and facilities, delicious food. We had a great time here and would love to return

Cons: - There was no air conditioning and the room got very hot in summer - The dinner time was not too flexible and coincided with sunset ( we visited to photograph alpe di suisi )

Extravagantes Hotel

Pros: Ein Hotel, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Super Lage. Die Inhaber und das gesamte Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einfach nur empfehlenswert.

Cons: Vorweg, wir mögen die Italiener sehr, aber irgendwann im 21. Jahrhundert müssten sie doch endlich einmal die internationalen Sauna Regeln beachten und nicht mit nassen Badeanzug in die Trockensauna einrücken !!!

Pros: Skvělá lokalita dostupností autem a také svahem, který je hned u hotelu, nadprůměrné jídlo, milý a vstřícný personál, skvělý poměr cena/výkon

Cons: Bohužel absentuje bidet či alespoň sprška na WC.

All’Alpe, Seelaus una certezza

Pros: Oramai terzo anno in inverno in diversi periodi della stagione sciistica. Sempre meglio: posizione defilata ma perfetta per accedere alle piste (metti gli sci e via! Impagabile lo dico sempre!), stanza nuova, pulita, funzionale, luminosa e con bellissimo bagno. Letti comodi e accessori perfetti. Balcone direttamente sulla pista. Skiroom ordinata, pulita e funzionale. Parcheggio comodo. Cucina (difficile a crederci!) ulteriormente migliorata e davvero di alto livello. Personale attento cortese e simpatico. Sale relax e sauna molto carine. Che dire, tanti complimenti alla famiglia Gobbo e a tutto lo staff! Bravissimi e grazie! Alla prossima volta!

Cons: Qui viene proprio il difficile: mancanza di bidet e i cuscini (coi quali anche la volta scorsa avevo litigato)

Urlaub mit Wiederholungscharakter

Pros: Es war einfach rundherum ein perfekter Urlaub. Das Hotel hat eine gute Ausgangslage für Wanderungen auf der Seiser Alm, immer mit dem Blick auf die wunderschönen Berge. Das Personal war herzlich und freundlich. Wir hatten Halbpension dazu gebucht. An dem reichlichen Frühstücksbuffet ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Abends wird ein 5 Gänge Menü serviert, welches immer auch vegetarische Optionen anbietet. Den Wellnessbereich inklusive Pool hatten wir zeitweise für uns alleine und auch hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen.
