Spectacular.

Pros: Amazing customer service. Immaculate hotel and have never seen such wonderful customer service from well prepared, kind and helpful staff.

Cons: Was too hot in public spaces. My whole group suffered somewhat from this.

Best experience, Spectacular views from your room!!

Pros: At first we booked this hotel because of the location because we dont want to worry about the road closure timing, and with the reservation we can drive up to the hotel at anytime we want. We have to admitted the price of this hotel is quite high but it was worth it!! The location is great, the view from your room is spectacular, the food here is remarkable (it is one of the best meals we had in the dolomites).

Beautiful and comfortable stay.

Pros: Beautiful property in Alpi Di Siusi with easy access to the hiking path. The hotel is equipped with hiking gears for the guests to use. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The hotel has daily activities including Pilates core, stretching and aroma sauna sessions. The 3 restaurants on the property were all good.

Great experience

Pros: Great and helpful staff. I left my car charger at the hotel after checking out. The staff was willing to spend one hour driving to my new hotel to get it back to me. Besides the wonderful service, the hotel’s view is stunning

Amazing place in the middle of the Dolomites

Pros: Location, service, room, food, staff; it was all very very good! Also really liked the staff helping out with great hiking and biking recommendations.

Cons: It’s a bit noisy between 9pm - midnight. Not completely silent to sleep.
