Pros: I have never experienced a more beautiful, peaceful setting for a hotel. And I’m from Cape Town which is pretty spectacular! The staff were amazing and accommodating. They provided extra amenities on request (eg a small fridge in our room), responded quickly to Booking.com messages, always placed us in amazing seats for breakfast and dinner, and gave us great hiking tips. The restaurant is brilliant - some of the best local dishes of our trip. Get the Canerderli!

Beautiful, delicious, relaxing place where to spend holidays

Pros: Beautiful location, attentive stuff, awesome SPA, delicious dinner! It is very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Loved every interaction with people working there!

Cons: Very uncomfortable beds (very hard) and breakfast seemed a bit simple/plain and the same for 4 days straight (but thats a minor minus).

Pros: Excellent location, wellness and breakfast. Awesome place to start your daily hike on the alm. On Sunday there is a gala dinner which is very very nice with great food. On other days the food is nice too, but the Sunday gala is more special.

Cons: For dinner more local products could be hero-ed. Seafood on the menu seems a bit out of place even if it is well prepared.

Pros: We had an amazing stay at ICARO! it’s the best place for a getaway to hike and relax in style and always feel at peace. The spa facilities are great. Every detail is thought after and the staff is really friendly. We especially loved Kristina, making our every dining experience feel extra warm and homely!

Best hotel stay ever, amazing place!

Pros: Everything was better than I expected. The place is amazing, so was view from our room. Helpfull and friendly staff. And the food was extra class. It was probably my best hotel stay experience. For sure next year I will be back.
