Amazing vegan hotel on the slopes

Pros: Food amazing and Omni was on another level, the best tasting menu by far. All food was great

Cons: All good but maybe more plain salad options would be good

Pros: An amazing hotel. Top location. Super attentive staff. As a “non vegan” we have enjoyed the culinary vegan creations that were presented every night in 5 course diner. The spa is a highlight after a day of sports on the slopes.

Galactic vegan stay suitable even for carnivores

Pros: Location - on one of the nicest slopes of Alpe di Siusi. Stylish hotel, spacious room, modern, new. Galactic food. Delicious and plenty. Such rich breakfast we haven’t had anywhere else among such top hotels. Dinners were nice and of Michellin style. Staff super helpfull.

Cons: All was amazing. If we could think of something - too many staff around :D

Pros: Stunning location with fantastic hikes. Superb buffet breakfast and 5-course dinner included in the half board. Exceptional spa including outdoor whirlpool with mountain view and indoor pool, saunas, steam room and relaxation area. Wonderful yoga by Angelika. Lovely staff. Super comfortable room. Exceptional exec chef and team.

Cons: Leaving. It was really like a little piece of heaven and we didn't want to leave.

Pros: We loved our stay, the hotel is beautifully located with amazing views of Plattkofel from the terrace and spa. The yoga and meditation classes are great and the multi-course dinner is delicious and varied.

Cons: We would have preferred a larger selection of fresh fruit and vegetables for breakfast over the cooked savoury and sweet dishes on offer

Pros: Beautiful Location Food (breakfast & dinner) was consistently excellent. Taste and presentation were both great. Staff were all very friendly and helpful They were attentive but not ‘in your face’. Quirky but interesting decor. To us, this was an expensive treat (my husband’s 60th birthday). Yet, the price was justified because the experience was more or less faultless.

Cons: Room was great but might have benefited from a little art in keeping with the general style of the hotel.

Pros: This is a gem of a hotel in a beautiful setting. The owners have created a wonderful hotel that at its priority are its guests and caring for our earth. The vegan food was superb, all lovers of style should stay here

Pros: This hotel provides a special memorable experience. The owners are obviously passionate about the experience their hotel provides guest and I found this in every detail from check in to check out. Cons: Nothing not to like.

This is simply the best hotel we have ever stayed in.

Pros: Paradiso is simply the best hotel we've ever stayed at. The staff were exceptionally professional and friendly. The food was unbelievable - genuinely to the standard of a Michelin star restaurant. The facilities are incredible. In particular, the spa is the best we've ever used. As vegans, it was amazing staying at a hotel with so much choice of vegan food and staff that share our values. We will be visiting again as soon as we possibly can!
