Breathtakingly beautiful, with wonderful facilities and staff - couldn't recommend more

Pros: Loved everything! Such a friendly and characterful hotel, and so peaceful. Local area beyond beautiful for walks and scenery, and we felt so lucky to come back to such a welcoming, warm hotel with stunning spa facilities. Great to have the free bus pass for all local buses - this even got us to Bolzano.

Cons: If the weather had been bad and we couldn't have gone walking it would have been good to use the pool during the day - it seemed to close during the day while we were there, so would suggest checking if it will be open if the forecast if not good.

Pros: Welcomed by a great host who clearly has huge love for the hotel. Room was very spacious with a large, comfortable bed and high quality bedding. Large bathroom with good quality products. Excellent extra touches including a pool bag with towel, robe and flip flops packed and ready to enjoy the spa facilities. Ultra hing end spa facilities including a heated infinity pool and sauna overlooking a glorious view. Excellent food lovingly prepared for dinner and breakfast. Attention to detail throughout including personalised table settings and a leaving letter and gift. Truely a one of a kind experience. Facilities and quality to match any high end boutique hotel but with the worth and character of a traditional Alpine hut.

The perfect hotel to relax and recharge surrounded by natural beauty

Pros: This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. It is an oasis of calm nestled in the mountains, with comfortable and quiet bedrooms. The facilities are perfect to relax and recharge especially the infinity pool and sauna which have stunning panoramic views across the valley. The owners (the Zemmer family) are the kindest, most gracious and accommodating host you could imagine - the work their hardest to make sure that your stay is a perfect as possible. Each night they provide a delicious six course dinner, fantastic to unwind and discuss the day. It’s also an amazing place to explore the beautiful dolomites, with incredible hiking, biking and trail running all on the door stop. Thank you for such a perfect few days!

Pros: 너무너무 만족스러운 1박이었어요! 1박만 한 게 아쉬울 정도였고, 다음에 이호텔에 묵기위해 이 동네에 또 방문하고 싶어요:) 수영장도 보는 것보다 너무 좋았고, 물도 따뜻해서 피로를 풀기 좋았어요! 호텔 여기저기 잘 꾸며 놓으셨고, 저녁도 너무 맛있었어요:)

Relaxing, beautiful, and peaceful

Pros: Perhaps the best thing about it is the stunning location and how amazingly maintained the gardens and house are kept by the proprietor. The views of the mountains are unmatched, especially with the lush rose garden right below. We felt so taken care of by the staff and the service, especially during mealtimes, was great as well. I don’t think I’ve ever eaten so well on a vacation. Our absolute favorite was the pool and sauna, and if ever given the chance I would go back in a heartbeat.

We came here in the middle of our hiking trip and it was the perfect place to recharge.

Pros: The friendly and homey environment created by the zemmer family, they really practice every word they preach. The facilities were top notch and clean. The food was amazing as well.

Cons: I liked everything
