Beautiful hotel and stunning surrounds. Not the friendliest of staff.

Pros: The property is beautiful. The spa facilities are outstanding and the view and surroundings are incredible. Breakfast was also outstanding and it was a great base to explore the Dolomites.

Cons: I was a bit surprised that I wasn’t given any information about the facilities, operating times for meals…really nothing at all upon check in. It’s in stark contrast to other places I have stayed on this trip.

Pros: Just spent 8 nights for our honeymoon. Everything was absolutely perfect. Spa is excellent after a good day of hiking. Food was exceptional. Never seen a hotel so maticulously maintained. Hope to book our stay for next year soon.

Superb!

Pros: Spa, Wellness Center, Lobby, Sauna, Leisure activities rooms, Apples and Tea in the spa. Amazing! Table Tennis, Billiard room, Ski room, Food was 11/10 in the restaurant, such a tasty and various breakfast, we ate so much! Wonderful! Amazing! Astonishing!

Cons: Everything was super, besides the fact my husband had forgotten his toothbrush and paste (as always) and these were not left in the bathroom by the hotel:) This is a small and cheap benefit you can add, it will help a lot, especially to mankind:) Also, an subjective opinion, the pillows on the bed were too hard for my liking. This is everything, I think and just a small advice- the waiters are all wonderful, young, powerful and charming men and boys (which to be honest caught my eye hihi), however, not a single female waiter works there, so you can maybe add one or two ladies, for the feminist part of our community:) Thank you!

Very comfortable, family run hotel with outstanding staff and excellent food.

Pros: Beautiful, family run hotel. The attention to small details was impressive. The staff, both family members and others, were all so friendly, attentive and helpful. The catering was excellent and the wider facilities in the hotel were very good.

Cons: Nothing. This hotel is excellent and very comfortable.
