Convenient stay to visit Ortisei town

Pros: Newly renovated family room. Very good breakfast provided with very polite staffs served all the time. We loved to stayed inside this building. Everywhere were decorated full of Xmas vibes. A lovely dog called \

Great hotel, would recommend to anyone.

Pros: The included breakfast was fantastic! The restaurant was great with huge portions. Rustic looking European style hotel, really enjoyed my stay here. The free private shuttle to the lifts was a major plus. Although not right in the hub, you get a free bus pass and it is a 10 minute bus ride to Ortisei. Owners of the hotel and restaurant staff were very nice.

Cons: Rooms could use a makeover but otherwise very clean.

Pros: Hotel Pontives is a wonderful example of the fact that you don't have to be in a 5 star hotel to feel special. The staff's attitude is kind, with a sense of humor and understanding towards each of us. We are grateful to them for everything. Right in front of the hotel are the bus stops in the direction of Ortisei and Bolzano. Ortisei is 10 minutes away by bus and Bolzano is about an hour away. For us, the fact that there are no shops or restaurants around the hotel was not a problem. The hotel restaurant has quite good cuisine, a rich menu with large portions. Some of the rooms have been renovated and others have not, but they are nevertheless well maintained and clean.

Cons: It was a bit dark in the two unrenovated rooms.

Pros: Love their breakfast! Room is big & clean, bed is comfortable. The staff was so kind to let us check in earlier. Also their breakfast start at 7.30 but we need to leave early in the morning so they make special arrangement for us to have our breakfast earlier that was certainly lovely of them. Everyone in the hotel is very kind & helpful, we really enjoy our stay.

Pros: Staying at Pontives was truly a wonderful experience. The owners, Sylvie and Renato, were always present and offered the warmest hospitality, making me feel at home even though I was thousands of kilometers away. The food was absolutely delicious, and every detail of the stay reflected care and dedication. A place full of heart that I would gladly return to.

Very enjoyable

Pros: Great family run hotel. Lovely staff and great restaurant. The dolomites is a stunning place to visit. The hotel is conveniently located via a short bus ride to the main lifts. You can get a bus pass from reception.
