Relaxing stay with beautiful mountain views.

Pros: A wonderful experience staying at this property. The photos don’t do the place justice with their amenities and mountain views. It was a very relaxing place to return after a day of hiking. Make sure you take advantage of the sauna, and the outdoor spas and pools.

Cons: A kettle in the room with tea bags would have improved our stay.

Pros: Spacious room, modern set-up and good size balcony. All neccesary facilities inside the room and nice spa with extended access on check-out day. Location with a gorgeous view to the valley. Welcome aperitivo hour was a pleasant surprise!

Cons: The aircon did not work and the bed had a gap in the middle made up from two single mattrasses. No staff at reception later in the evening (23:00 could not access the property due to faulty key and had to wait around and ring the bell for several minutes)

Pros: Outside pool with heatted water, location, very tasty breakfast and dinner, big room with balcony and amazing view, forest near the hotel with hiking tracks

Cons: mattress (bed) is not so comfortable

Great spa and family hotel

Pros: The hotel is located in a valley on the edge of Val Gardena. Private and picturesque, it’s only 7minutes by car from Ortisei. The hotel is furnished in traditional mountain style, the spa is great, divided into two parts, the swimming pools, including heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi and a sauna area with traditional and steam saunas. The breakfast is really great, including Prosecco and made to order egg dishes. There’s also a free shuttle service to the main ski lifts in Ortisei and a nice ski storage room.
