Hotel Weisses Rössl - Cavallino Bianco

Pros: Extraordinary breakfast. Fresh fruit, great scrambled eggs, fresh juice, dark bread and yogurt plus nut mix & granola. The best hotel breakfast I’ve had. Also, we got free bys tickets to Tirol area from the host upon arrival.

Wonderful stay

Pros: We liked everything. The wellness area, the breakfast, the staff, robes in the room, balcony, free parking, great wifi

Cons: transparent curtain/Sheer curtain is missing for balcony.

Pros: Absolutely beautiful hotel. The Spa is fantastic. To be able to use the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi after walking in the mountains each day was amazing. Easy bus transfer to Bolzano and a five minute walk to Bolzano train station.

A very nice stay with amazing wellness area

Pros: The room was very spacious with a small balcony; Quite decent breakfast; Nice surrounding views; The wellness area was amazing - they have small pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam sauna, sunbeads inside and outside, some snacks and refreshment drinks: after a long hike we used the wellness area every day and it is included in the price (open 3PM-8PM); Free spacious parking. This was the best hotel of our whole Dolomites visit (including Treviso and Cortina d'Ampezzo)

Cons: 10 minutes drive to Ortisei - there are no restaurants or shops closer (the owner provides a free public bus pass for the duration of the stay). The proximity to the street and the noisy river nearby could be an issue for picky sleepers; The breakfast could start a bit earlier - this is important for starting the hikes early during the high-season (current breakfast time 8PM-10PM)

Pros: The atmosphere of the hotel is very nice. I especially liked that there was someone to help with parking and that it was free of charge. The surroundings of the hotel are also very pleasant. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-decorated.

Comfortable and nice hotel, will visit again!

Pros: The hotel is in a convenient location, has free parking and has a sauna, pool outside and nice views to the mountains and comfortable beds to sleep in. We got adjacent rooms and a lot of help from the reception regarding local services, and the recommended dinner place Überbacher just 7 minuts drive away was a really good tip, we ate there 3 times. Breakfast here at Weisses Rössl was very tasty and our family could easily find things to eat with some variation during our 3 days we stayed over. Will visit again!

Good location and very nice spa

Pros: Good location. Big nice and clean room. Good room service. Breakfast was ok, Staff were nice and friendly. Spa area was amazing with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.

Cons: Breakfast could include some vegetables as there were none. Also it would be nice to have a kettle in the room to make some tea and coffee as there is no restaurant or bar in the hotel so not possible to order.

Great value for money.

Pros: Excellent facilities, polite staff, great breakfast and location.

Cons: There is no minibar in the room.

Overall we had the most amazing long weekend in Val Gardena!!

Pros: The facilities at the property were fantastic, the spa area was very relaxing and the breakfast was fantastic. We really enjoyed staying in the location, we had the benefit of a car to move around and explore the Val Gardena region which helped.

Cons: When we arrived we waited for around 30 minutes for one of the staff to turn up. When he arrived he wasn’t very welcoming. When it came to leaving, considering the large amount of money we had just spent with him in his hotel he didn’t show any gratitude for us staying with them. This was a shame because the rest of the stay had been fantastic. Potentially he needs to improve his people skills… :)

Relaxing summer weekend

Pros: The breakfast is very nice and the owner of the hotel is very kind and professional. I liked the sound of the river close to the hotel while relaxing in the jacuzzi
