Amazing views, great service and enjoyable restaurant - would stay again

Pros: Extremely nice location, right on a hill with great views. The staff was very nice, they even gave us a couple room options to choose from. The restaurant served a great steak and a nice breakfast. The room was clean and the balcony was huge. The surroundings of the hotel are awesome, there's a small market across the street, a church next door and great views to all directions. The spa is great with an outdoors jacuzzi and a good sauna.

Cons: All good, if anything I'd consider at some point doing a modernization of the rooms, incl. changing carpets to hardwood floors.

Pros: Everything was exceptional. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. The rooms and facilities were clean and well maintained. The pool and spa area were spacious, clean and relaxing. We highly recommend to have your meals at the hotel restaurant. The food and service were very good. We will definitely come back.

Amazing Dolomite stay with sauna and good menu

Pros: Such a well run establishment, super clean, great food and wine menu and close to Ortisei.

Pros: Everything was perfect! The view was simply exceptional. I had booked half board but forgot and paid for dinner separately. At check-out, the responsible noticed this and kindly deducted the extra amount from my invoice. Thank you once again for your kindness and professionalism.

Cons: Nothing.

Great stay in a comfortable hotel with stunning views

Pros: Stunning view from the room and the main bar, super nice staff, tasty & affordable dinner, possibility of renting e-bikes from the hotel. I loved that there was a ping pong for free at our disposal as well as indoor and outdoor pool.

Cons: Breakfast was too repetitive. E-bikes were missing iphone hanger which made it difficult to follow directions while biking (it costs nothing to add and it would be a MAJOR improvement for customer experience). The village is a bit far from the main attractions (ie you need a car to reach them).

Pros: Manager was lovely, the ladies in the restaurant and breakfast were a bit uncomfortable

Amazing stay, didn’t want to leave.

Pros: Loved everything about this stay. The room was huge, had a view of the mountains from the balcony. The staff were amazing and the food was delicious.

Enjoyable stay in the Dolomites region

Pros: Family run hotel and restaurant with welcoming and friendly staff who can communicate in multiple languages which is very helpful. Housekeeping is of a high standard. 10 minutes drive from Ortisei. Free undercover parking and good WiFi connection. Spacious rooms with scenic views. Plenty of choices for dinner, good value. Use of the indoor swimming pool, hot tub and sauna was ideal after hiking and sightseeing.

Cons: In room wine glasses, tea and coffee making facilities and tissues would have been appreciated.

I wish I didn’t have to go! Will definitely come again

Pros: The staff were incredibly friendly and the views were absolutely magic. The spa was super amazing to come home to after a long day hiking.

Stunning

Pros: Beautiful location and hotel. Excellent facilities including outside jacuzzi. Room was lovely and clean. Views incredible from restaurant and terrace. Plenty of parking for hire car. Perfect base to explore. Good vibes all round.

Cons: Nothing major. However, would be great to have some water in the fridge on arrival. Slippers/flip flops for spa area - granted, I could have brought my own. Being told where to sit for breakfast (not sure why).
