A friendly and welcoming place!

Pros: Oscar and his team were very welcoming and friendly and made us feel right at home. The rooms were comfortable and there was plenty of parking. We stayed here and drove ~30 mins to Val Gardena ski area each day. The food in the evening was very good also with options for pizza at a local sports bar and a couple of local super markets.

Friendly staff, average but comfy room, good time spent

Pros: View from room is marvelous. All in all the room is comfy, nice and clean. The staff is very friendly. Guided tours start from a close point from the place. There is a 22kwh electric car charging station 20 meters from the place,

Cons: There was not any table in the room although there was enough space for it. We had to work a little, it would have been easier if we could sit down instead of laying in the bed with our laptops.

Beautiful hotel with great food

Pros: Beautiful hotel with cedar wood in the rooms, stunning view from balcony. Great food, and very nice staff. Lajen is perfectly situated for visiting mountain area and cities in the region

Cons: Nothing. Maybe having a sauna would be nice

Very quiet village but far from Ortsey village

Pros: Mr. Oskar & Roberf were at the peak of ethics and helpfulness to all guests in the hotel as well as the cleanliness and tranquility in this area

Cons: I booked this area to get away from the Ortiz Castle and I did not know the way to the castle. It was difficult and the roads are narrow in the mountains, but it was a unique experience.

Outstanding stay with incredible hospitality

Pros: Wonderful stay in an outstanding small hotel, in a quiet village, set amongst magnificent scenery. Oscar and Roberto showed us fantastic service and hospitality during our stay, including two excellent meals in the restaurant. Highly recommended.

Pros: Location above the valley is great. Friendly stuff, good food.

Pros: Food was well prepared, staff were eager to please, and the room was spacious and inviting. Laion/Lajen was a treat.

Cons: Staff struggled with English, but tried very hard to communicate. The Booking.com listing is entirely in English, but Amenities states that only German and Italian are spoken, as we belatedly discovered. The language limitations should be made more evident in the listing.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast and good food in their restaurant.

Perfect location for the region, Val Gardena, all!

Fijne plek voor prachtige skivakantie

Pros: Rustig dorp en toch niet ver van prachtige skigebieden. Heel vriendelijke mensen die je echt een welkom gevoel geven.
