Clean, well located, super comfortable with great food hotel lead by friendly owners and helpul staff

Pros: This hotel is owned and managed by very friendly and helpful family😍. The hotel is very well located just 10-15 min by car to many ski slopes, additionally is equipped with heated garage which is super convenient especially during snowy days. I need to mention that food both breakfast and dinners are very delicious😋. The restaurant is also super convenient, you don’t need to travel to the city and organize some food or meals. Everything is available in the hotel. The owners are ready to suggest the best ski slopes depending on the weather conditions. Overall the entire staff was very nice and ready to help. Overall hospitality was amazing!

Perfect

Pros: Both the room and bathroom were really spacious and it was ultra clean. The owner of the staff were sweet and helpful. The good distance to the beautiful sights. The food at the restaurant were also nice.

Cons: It’s minor issue but for me the bed mattress was too hard for me so I had to sleep with kids in the sofa beds.

A great place to stay.

Pros: Everything about our stay here was very good. The location was perfect for us. It was close to hiking in Ortisei but away from the busy town. The dining room was the biggest advantage. The buffet breakfast had lots of variety, and having dinner here was both delicious and very reasonably priced.

Cons: The staff didn't speak too much English, but we all managed to communicate enough to get by without too much difficulty.

Lovely alpine stay

Pros: Lovely hotel just outside of a mountain road. Even though our room overlook the said road, there is not a lot of movement and it was very quiet during the night. The room had a lovely alpine decoration and a nice balcony. The staff was extremely nice and I would also reccomend the restaurant of the hotel for breakfast and dinner.
