Relaxing and perfect

Pros: This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I really enjoyed the spa center: the outdoor pool, the relaxation room, the saunas, and the fact that you could make yourself a warm tea was a very pleasant surprise. I also really liked the food and the variety offered at breakfast and dinner. The staff at both the restaurant and the reception are very kind and friendly. Moreover, parking is free, and you have the option to keep your car warm in the covered, multi-storey parking garage. I would return here for every vacation I have in the Dolomites. I give this hotel and its staff a 10 out of 10.

The perfect place with the perfect food and view

Pros: The hotel was excellent. The room was huge, clean and cozy. It had everything we needed. The hotel provided us with extra towels and a bag for the pool. Communication with the staff was easy and pleasant. The view from the room is unique to the mountains. Dinner and breakfast were simply magnificent. There was a large selection of dishes, fruits, vegetables, salads, desserts and snacks. I highly recommend this hotel, and it is definitely worth staying in if you are in the area.

Pros: Excellent breakfast and dinner but do need more options for vegetarians and pescetarians.

Cons: The Swiss seem to think that duvets are a good bed covering even in the summer.They are not! They are too hot.
