Pros: I had a very pleasant stay at Scherlin in Ortisei. The property was extremely clean — one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in — and the overall atmosphere was very quiet and peaceful. There were no disturbing noises at all, which made it very easy to relax and sleep well at night. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Another highlight was the beautiful view toward Ortisei. The location is also very convenient, being close to Val Gardena and Alpe di Siusi, which makes it a great base for exploring the area.
Cons: The only aspect that could be improved is the breakfast. While it was good, having more variety and additional alternatives would make the experience even better.

We loved it here!
Pros: Our stay was amazing! We had a huge room with a beautiful view on the mountains and a valley, very comfortable and plenty of space to relax. The property has great amenities as well, such as pools, saunas and even a game room. We found the location good as well, close to all the ski lifts but away from the crowds. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel and the parking is also available. The staff deserves a special mention. Everyone was super helpful and always friendly, no complaints whatsoever. We always felt like we were taken care of. We had breakfast and also had dinner at the hotel. The dinner was amazing every day, for the great price, we could have a buffet with appetizers and a 3 course meal every day, very convenient and organized well. Food was also great and lots of options. Definitely worth it! Overall, the stay was great and we would like to come back again!

Had a super stay amidst stunning natural beauty
Pros: Spacious room with stunning view. Very relaxing and it has wellness center with swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna & steam.
Cons: There were hardly any vegetarian options, which made it a bit difficult for us as a Lacto vegetarian

Memorable and relaxing!
Pros: Over all the experience is very pleasant and personal. This hotel is run by a loving professional family. Felt very family friendly and kid friendly . They went above and beyond to make our experience better. Food was delicious.
Cons: Nothing major but simple things like coffee machine in the room. More options of savory breakfast options will make the experience even better.

A stunning location with the friendliest team, the best way to visit the Dolomites!
Pros: Hotel Scherlin is such a beautiful place and all the staff really go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The views were stunning and the free bus into town was so handy, it was lovely coming back after a long day walking to the big, refreshing pool and sauna. The breakfast was amazing, and the 4 course dinner they put on every evening is worth every penny. The team put in so many lovely touches, from a room with a view to packing us a lunch to take with us when we had to leave early for our flight. Everyone was so friendly and we hope to go back!
