Comfortable, spacious, well located apartment.
Pros: Location was very good. Spacious apartment near restaurants and town attractions.
Cons: Bedroom on the mezzanine floor and toilet on ground floor were a bit tricky to access, especially in the dark at night.

Comfortable and well-equipped! Will stay again.
Pros: Property is spacious and clean. Kitchen is well equipped with oil, salt, and pepper. Dishwasher and washing machine were also provided with soap! Heated floors! Bus stop to/from is just a few steps. Suditirol pass was provided so you dont have to pay for any bus/train within south tyrol.
Cons: Wish the windows can be opened for fresh air. A bit far of a walk to train station if bus to/from train station is unavailable.

Central location in Bolzano
Pros: Great central location in Bolzano. Easy walk to everywhere. The room has a washing machine which is great! A little kitchen so you can cook for yourself (although there is no oil). Bed was ok as well.
Cons: The apartment is very hot. I was there in October, and it was cooler evenings and nights and the temperature in the property just doesn’t drop - insulation is obviously excellent!! But it made for uncomfortable nights. Also, the door always took a couple of tries before it opened. It works, just don’t be surprised if it takes a couple of goes. Would stay again here though, due to location and overall facilities here.

Excellent and an accommodating host. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning.
Pros: We liked everything. Seriously a great host. Travelling from the other side of the world (Australia), it is comforting to have a place that feels like home.
Cons: We cannot say that, as everything was excellent.

A stylish, well-equipped and very clean apartment with a great location, perfect for a comfortable stay.
Pros: The apartment was great – it had everything we needed (except for a frying pan 😊). Everything was super clean, and the shower was just amazing. The location is also perfect!
Cons: The only downside was that we had a problem with the electronic lock and couldn’t open the apartment door at first. Luckily, the support was very quick, and a staff member came right away to give us the keys. Also, in apartment No. 2 the staircase to the upper floor is very steep and may not be suitable for elderly guests. For us it was fine, but for some people it could be an issue.

Beautiful apartment and incredibly kind host
Pros: Incredibly spacious and clean apartment. Perfect base for our hike in the Dolomites (easy train to Brixen and then up to Plose Gondola). Includes the Bolzano pass, so public transport is free. But what stood out most: the incredibly kind host!! Communication went super smoothly from start to finish, and we were allowed to leave our bags in the apartment and pick them up 4 days later, after our hike. When our bus was delayed and we'd almost miss our train, the host offered to come and bring our bags to the station. Such an incredibly kind and selfless thing to do - would highly recommend this place!!

Pros: When i just came in, i was surprised cause it is so beautiful. Everything is convenient. The interior is arranged in a very modern way. When booking this apartment, the host will send you the public transport pass for using during your stay.
Cons: Kitchen utensils are very scarce. We cook very inconveniently with only 2 small pots. They have no pans, no scissors. If you want to cook, it will be very inconvenient. In addition, the power line is very weak. We just need to turn on the induction cooker, use the dryer and the power line will beep and cut off immediately. Actually, when we don't use much power at night, the power line also makes a very annoying noise.

Great central location
Pros: Location, bathroom, facilties . Very clean. Very modern.
Cons: The view is of a wall. Climbing up to the bed , the stairs turned into a type of step ladder . This was fine for us, but anyone with mobility issues could not climb like this
