great staff, excellent food, very comfortable and modern rooms.

Pros: the rooms are very comfortable, although small in m2. Great design. The breakfast was great, with high quality food (and coffee :)).

Cons: Somehow the hotel is located at the end of a street and you need some time to go around the streets to reach the train station, but it's only a few minutes.

Stay was very comfortable and would love to come here again

Pros: The staff were great and very courteous. The owner was very friendly and helpful as well. The overall stay was exceptional

Cons: The listing on Booking is a little misleading. We booked the apartment hoping there will be a separate room and living area. However, it was just a large room with beds for 4 people.

The most incredible beds !!!

Pros: The beds felt like I was sleeping on clouds. It was outside of the city in an industrial area. But we loved driving out of the city center so we got to see more. The drive to the center was about 5 min. Lily and her colleague were so incredibly welcoming and graceful. They were very helpful with changing our rooms. Next time we go we hope to see them both again. We were so happy to stay there and will so so again in the future. You can park for free in front of the hotel of pay for their own parking. We parked on the street.

Cons: That our stay in the hotel was too short.

I convient Bolzano outskirts stay

Pros: Beautiful decor / confortable / lovely staff / good brekfast for a extra €12

Cons: Didn’t know it was in the middle of a industrial estate unfortunately we were there for skiing at Ortisei and after a long day would have been nice to get a drink but no drinks where available after 7 pm And the common area in the reception you were not allowed to sit after 7 even with your own drinks . It’s a beautifully decorated place but that’s it unfortunately, we wouldn’t stay again too far away from Bolzano centre aprox 4.4km and at night there’s nothing near to get any food or refreshments so you need to drive or get a taxi if you can get one !

Modern and convenient hotel in Bolzano

Pros: The location is just outside the center of Bolzano, and ideal when you are traveling by car. The room was very large and had a cool modern design. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Pros: The receptionist was incredibly helpful and kind. Good location, next to a big supermarket and excellent oil station Cafè.

Cons: - some said that localization but with such nice staff this is completely unimportant, especially that the hotel is very close to the exit from the city
