Overall, it was a wonderful stay in a truly special place, and we left with great memories and a wish to return.

Pros: We loved our stay at Forest Chalet Resort Felizitas! The location was perfect—super convenient yet surrounded by beautiful nature. The chalet was inspiring, spotless, and had a wonderful atmosphere. A truly relaxing and memorable getaway!

Cons: The chalet had a beautiful, authentic style with its original furniture, which we truly appreciated. The only thing we missed was a cozy chair or sofa with a bit more back support—especially after our long hikes. We imagine some of the other houses might have this, and it would make relaxing at the end of the day even better.

Pros: Die Lage am Waldrand ist fantastisch. Mit dem Hund ist man von der Tür weg in der Natur. Das Haus ist sehr schön, mit wertigem Material erstellt und es duftet fein nach Holz. Das Cheminée und die Umgebung tragen dazu bei, dass man sich wohl fühlt.

Cons: Die Agentur bzw. der Vermieter waren schwierig zu erreichen und gesehen haben wir sie nie. Die Rezeption war immer geschlossen und auch den angepriesenen Frühstückskorb konnte man nicht beziehen, was in dieser Lage aber ein wichtiges Angebot wäre. Die Küche ist für die Grösse des Hauses sehr klein und in der Einrichtung für 5 Personen eher unterdotiert.

Excellent Hideaway

Pros: Excellent hideaway for a family trip away from the noise of the city. The host is great, supportive and welcoming. Would love to come again but not in summer time.

Cons: We came mid-August so the weather wasn’t the best and the chalet doesn’t have AC however, we managed to sleep well.
