Dolomite Haven

Pros: Lovely family run bed and breakfast. The breakfast was substantial and available from 7.30. Rooms were large with a balcony and views of the mountains. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Local wine sold on site. Good location to the West Dolomite areas. Good WiFi access.

Cons: No toiletries provided ie soap and shower gel. Very little information in English, however access to the Internet overcame any issues.

Croatia 🇭🇷

Pros: A very nice place to rest and sleep. Excellent breakfast. There are a couple of castles and a waterfall nearby that are definitely worth visiting, but for other attractive locations in the mountains you need to set aside a lot of time to drive. The house has many books and board games, which is a great advantage on rainy days.
