Cons: Be prepared for the winter road (the hotel is in the mountains)

Pros: Great location, good food, nice spa area. Hotel feels very comfortable and cosy. Staff very kind and helpful, especially front desk

Fabulous break in the mountains.

Pros: Staff were friendly, professional and had real ownership of their responsibilities. They worked tirelessly throughout our stay. They seemed genuine, eager to please, able to give useful advice and overall be very accommodating. They were happy to resolve or support with anything. The food selection was varied at breakfast and there was a great selection of salad items prior to the dishes offered at dinner. Great bar menu and friendly service. The hotel was kept very clean. The piste was a walking short distance away with individual ski lockers for guests. Would we return? Yes, absolutely.

Cons: Hard to find fault. There could have been tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. There could have been a daily (occasional times) shuttle to Olang/Gassl.

Exceptional winter holyday in exceptional hotel.

Pros: Practically on the slops (50 m). Spacious, extremely cosy, well equipped apartment (kitchen with electric cattle, toaster, electric oven, dish-washer; huge bathroom with lot of spare towels, soaps, toilet paper...; three flat TV screens; spacious garage (additional fee); open swimming pool (what a view) and wellness zone on the 2nd floor). Heated, spacious ski room with lockers on the ground floor. Extremely friendly and helpful stuff.

We will absolutely be back. In fact, we already see ourselves as loyal returning guests

Pros: This weekend we stayed at the hotel for a short getaway, which was especially meaningful as it was our first parents’ weekend away without our baby. Some might say that made us “easy to please” guests - but this hotel genuinely exceeded all expectations. It’s hard to list all the little details that came together to create such a wonderful overall impression. What truly stood out was the exceptional service and kindness of the staff, the beautiful location, and the hotel’s elegant yet understated design. Everything feels thoughtfully done - from the lighting in the room, to the spaciousness, and the overall atmosphere that immediately helps you relax. And then there’s the spa and pool area, as well as the bar and restaurant, which were simply fantastic and completed the experience perfectly.

Cons: Rooms too hot at night as no air con.

For us is the place to return

Pros: Whole concept of a mountain hotel at a ski slope is nice. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great cocktails, good tasty food. Nice experience with people at reception, bar, around the hotel. Ski-in/out, you need to walk just a few steps. Good spacious ski room with lockers. Be ready for winter road conditions while driving uphill. We loved that :-)

Cons: There were some hiccups on the side of some staff in the restaurant. In general we had great experiences except for one guy. We discuss details with the responsible manager.

Excellent, would love to go back in winter and experience the ski in/ski out

Pros: The unique location, the extremely high quality of the rooms (bathroom, heating, furniture and fittings) and hotel/spa/swimming pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The breakfast should be improved. ( the dinner was great) A coffee/tea machine in the room would be nice
