Everything was perfect

Pros: The staff was incredibly helpful. The food leaves you wanting to come back all the time. The right balance between taste, quantity and visual. The wellness area is also very nice and relaxing after long hikes. The view was amazing!!!

Cons: The pillows were too soft, could use some firm ones. But not to worry

Pros: Dieses Hotel ist ein Traum. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gesund. Am Abend wird ein Menü serviert (bei uns einmal komplett ohne Laktose und das ist mindestens zwölf Sterne wert). Bei einer HP oder All Inklusive gibt es eine Nachmittags Jause mit Kuchen und Snacks und gerade nach einer Wanderung der Traum für den Magen. Das Personal ist großartig! Und eine eins mit Sternchen. Im Haus befindet sich ein Pool und eine Saunalandschaft mit drei Saunen. Wer Lust hat kann regelmäßig mit auf Touren zum Wandern fahren oder selbst die Region erkunden, Infomaterial liegt überall aus und auf Nachfrage wird einem geholfen. Ich könnte noch stundenlang weiter schreiben. Es macht einfach Spaß dort zu sein und sich verwöhnen zu lassen. Liebe Grüße ans Kristall Team

اطلالة ساحرة.

Pros: الفندق جميل جداً والإطلالة ساحرة انصح بالغرفة رقم 205 لايوجد مثلها سوى غرفتان بالفندق من حيث سعة البلكونه. الفندق فاخر والموظفون ودودون. للتنويه. يقع الفندق في أعلى الجبل والوصول له صعب قليلا. بالنسبة لي لم اجد صعوبة. اتوقع السيارات الكبيرة.

Cons: طلبت أومليت في الفطور وتم حساب ذلك مقابل 6 يورو في كل مرة. أي طلب خارج البوفيه الموجود يحسب عليك. تأكد قبل الطلب

Soggiorno piacevole, atteggiamento consumistico da rivedere!

Pros: I punti di forza dell’hotel sono sicuramente la cucina, perché lo chef offre dei piatti davvero deliziosi (anche la colazione davvero buona), e la pulizia. La posizione è buona perché strategica rispetto a più punti di attacco dei sentieri, anche se è sempre necessario utilizzare un mezzo di trasporto per muoversi.

Cons: Nonostante nel complesso il soggiorno non sia così economico (ovviamente motivato anche dai servizi offerti), la tendenza soprattutto di alcuni camerieri è quella di incentivare il consumo di bevande NON incluse nella mezza pensione. Chiaramente ognuno fa il proprio lavoro, ma notare che la gentilezza varia in base a quanto spendi, non è piacevole (soprattutto perché il soggiorno è già caro di per sé).

Un weekend da sogno

Pros: La cosa che ho apprezzato di più è stata l’accoglienza dello staff: tutti gentili, disponibili e professionali. Il cibo era ottimo, con piatti curati e di qualità. Il panorama era semplicemente meraviglioso, un vero piacere per gli occhi. La spa perfetta: pulita, ben organizzata e davvero rilassante. Un soggiorno indimenticabile!

Cons: Nonostante il prezzo abbastanza elevato pagato per due notti, ci è stata assegnata una camera senza vista, affacciata sul retro dell’hotel. Inoltre, dalla stanza si sentiva chiaramente il rumore della cucina.
