Astor Apartments

Pros: Amazing Location and Facilities. Very helpful hosts

Great views, big size rooms.

Pros: The view is great from the room, sauna and steam available but only from 3:30 to 7:30 PM. You can order bread basket or breakfast if needed, the host was very friendly and helped us with everything needed. Very close location to Brunico by car or by the train. Rooms were big compared to other hotels with kitchen amenities. They have a coin laundry and dryer.

Cons: We were not sure when booking that there are two building of those apartments, a newer one as it wasn't clear in the booking site. Windows didnt have a net.

Pros: The accommodation was clean, and the location was great. Just be careful when booking to reserve an apartment in the “Living” building—this is the new building where the apartments are more spacious. On Booking.com, all the pictures are mixed together, so it’s not clear exactly what you’re reserving.

All in all, we would stay here again!

Pros: The location is excellent, just a short drive (5min) from the ski lifts, and offers free parking. We appreciated the spacious apartment and the small convenience shop on the ground floor, which provided essentials like coffee, tea, milk, and even slippers. Additionally, the ski bus station is conveniently located right in front of the building. Sauna was a nice addition after a day of skiing.

Cons: We were somewhat disappointed with the kitchen amenities, as basic items like dish soap, oil, and sugar—commonly provided when renting an apartment with a kitchen—were not available.

Pros: + good location, quiet, near the ski slopes, lovely village nearby + clean + spacious + wonderful terrace + great view + high quality kitchen appliances + comfotrable beds and pillows

Cons: - the crockery in the kitchen wasn't suited for induction, and we could only use one pot and a pan. We also missed a cheese grater and a sieve. Not enough teaspoons. - wellness a bit outdated and underdimensioned (7 beds for two full aparthouses), also very noisy, but it was more of the parents' fault. Still, the disposition is not too well though of.

Pros: Astor Apartments is a hidden gem in Valdaora (Olang). The rooms were clean and exactly as pictured. Our windows faced the main road but we could hardly hear the cars or any noise. The view from the window was alao very picturesque. They provided bicycles for us to use and had a lovely spa which we did manage to look at but didn’t get to use. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Checking in was also a breeze with the host waiting for us. Would definitely come again!

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Beautiful, super clean Apartments with a great Spa area. Spa opening times were adapted to 15.30-19.30 which makes sense for skiers. Great price for what you get.

Pros: The anex / part of facility where we stayed is completely new and build with care on details. It was very comfortable. The spa area in older part was very nice.

Cons: Nothing much bothered us, maybe small details like the pan that you can not use on induction panel or to have, like in some other facilities we were to, some tee or drinks in spa area.

We had a fabulous 2 night stay at Astor. Was perfect location to see Lake Braies and go mountain bike riding.

Pros: The views, the location, helpful staff. The spa area downstairs !

Pros: Velmi milé ubytování, malá ale funkčně zařízená kuchyňka, uvařit šlo vše co jsme potřebovali. Velmi příjemná a ochotná komunikace. Skibus hned před ubytováním (jezdí každou půl hodinu, ale pozor při zpáteční cestě, zastávka je na znamení). Po dvou dnech pobytu nás překvapil úklid - bylo dokonce umyté nádobí po večeři a snídani co jsme si tam nechali až budeme mít více síly.

Cons: Mohl by být doplněn prostor pro sušení mokrého oblečení (my naštěstí měli dobré počasí a sušili jsme jen rukavice a ponožky na topení).
