Pros: The hotel has a very beautiful indoor and outdoor pool, and the pool temperature is perfect. There’s plenty for the kids to do — the playground with a sandbox and outdoor play area is excellent, and all the daily animations are great. The location is also perfect.
Cons: The beds are very, very firm, which is why the comfort rating of the hotel is a bit lower. We had half board – the breakfast was excellent, with something for everyone. Dinner was organized so that each evening there were three menu options: one more vegetable-based, one Mediterranean, and another one I can’t quite remember. You choose your preferred menu in advance, and that’s what you’re served for dinner. For those who are a bit picky or don’t eat everything, this setup might not be ideal. However, there’s still plenty of food to choose from — even picky eaters can find something, as the starters include things like small pieces of pizza, cold cuts, and similar items.

Great opportunity to enjoy the hikes, lakes and amazing nature with your familymily
Pros: Location was incredible. Great facilities both for kids and for adults. Unbelievable views from the playground. Enjoyable swimming pools and spa center. The sweetest staff, especially the waiters and the bartenders.
Cons: The dinner format was a bit inconvenient for us. Not only it starts at 7 pm, while our little kids go to sleep at 8 pm, the courses come in turns, and it takes longer then a family with toddlers can handle 😀

Amazing hotel, full recommendation. Delicious meals.
Pros: Delicious dinners with wide variety of meals plus salad buffet. Regional products of high quality during breakfast. Perfect wellness area for adults, 3 pools with easy access and sauna for children. Very nice personnel, helpful and smiling. Bus stop in front of hotel and taxi to the slopes in the morning were comfortable.
Cons: Taxi van to the slope works only in the morning and it was often better to take bus than to wait until it comes back. The ride back to the hotel was possible only by a bus.

Very nice place with nice swimming pools.
Pros: We enjoyed the atmosphere and hospitality. We felt really welcome in this hotel.
Cons: We were a group of three. Unfortunately, we felt quite cramped in the dining room with its exceptional cuisine!

Pros: Reading my review from last year. Nohing changed, so here it is: · It is great family hotel with everything you need for a holiday stay while skiing in near Kronplatz area. Hotel skibus going every 10min to get you to the slopes. Very cosy rooms with a separated kids space they loved. Extremely delicious food, breakfast with wide choices, afternoon snack as a nice surprise always after the skiing with coffee and some cakes and 5-course dinner everyday with a different and tasty meals. Everytime very pleasant staff, for kids they were able to change the meals, or cook anything we ask instead of what was on the daily menu. The swiming pool area is great for kids, sometimes bit crowded, but great. Roof-top-pool brings cool views on Kronplatz and the SPA area adults only is great escape to relax for a while. We came again as last year we were very happy, which is the best review anyway.
Cons: I still think the sauna/pools could stay open longer than 20pm.

Pros: Bardzo dobre i urozmaicone śniadanie, wykwintna kolacja. Dojazd na stoki hotelowym skibusem bardzo wygodny. Miła obsługa. W hotelu pięknie pachnie :)
Cons: Świetna strefa SPA, ale tylko do godziny 8pm.
