Perfect stay in the mountains with great food, nice and comfortable bedrooms and great staff

Pros: Beds are super comfortable, everything is clean, rooms are spacious and the staff (especially at the bar) is amazing.

Pros: Très bel hôtel. Petit déjeuner et room service étaient très bon

Cons: L'accueil a été glacial et pas du tout agréable. Nous avions appelé au préalable pour signaler que nous allions arriver plus tôt et demander si nous pouvions utiliser le spa en attendant que la chambre soit prête. Au téléphone, on nous a confirmé que c'était possible. En arrivant, nous avons pu y aller, mais l'hôtesse d'accueil nous a fait des réflexions en nous reprochant d'être arrivés avant l'heure du check-in, ce que nous savions parfaitement. On a laissé nos valises dans un coin du hall. Une fois la chambre prête, les valises étaient toujours dans le hall. Compte tenu du prix de la nuit et du standing de l'hôtel, nous nous attendions à un tout autre accueil. Heureusement, le reste du personnel nous a permis d'oublier ce premier contact.
