A very nice and cosy stay in Falcade

Pros: Excellent service from Arianna, who was both welcoming and helpful. The homemade cakes at breakfast were a standout treat! Clean rooms and great amenities for a multi-night stay. A perfect choice for a simple, comfortable trip

Cons: Accessing the parking was a bit of a challenge due to the icy road conditions. We also felt the room could have had more toiletries like shampoo and soap.

Nice cosy stay.

Pros: Room was very cosy and comfortable. Location was quiet and with nice views. Personnel was very friendly and willing to help.

Cons: Minor details could be curated more (some lights did not work, no plates to use at breakfast, occasional light cigarette smell in corridors). Overall just very minor aspects that did not disturb the stay.

Cody, warm, comfortable place with handled by a very nice person

Pros: Beautiful place with good breakfast handled by the sweetest person who gave us extra pastries, always had a kind word, and had an overall very positive and kind vibe. The room was warm, comfortable and was very clean

Cons: Nothing really, but if you are a light sleeper, maybe take some earplugs since you can hear when people opening /closing their door early in the morning

Pros: Right in front of the mountain, wonderful view. The breakfast room was typical and sweet and salty food was good. Staff was very kind and friendly

Cons: It would be nice to consider changing the mattress as too soft for the backbone

Quiet and clean, great location for exploring the via ferrata of San Pellogrino

Pros: Quiet and exceptionally clean room. Paola made us feel very welcome. Breakfast pastries were tasty and the coffee was good. A really enjoyable stay.
