Pros: Everything was so clean, the food was excellent, the view was amazing. It was like a dream. For sure we come back as soon as we can. Loved it ❤️

A piece of heaven

Pros: Everything… the location speaks for itself. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. Would love to return to this special place.

Pros: The place is exceptional, sorrounded by beatiful nature, where pure air, peace and silent are every day rutine. Hotel is run by the people with passion and real entusiasm. Kitchen is on the highest level and hiking tips are invaluable. Highly recomended

Great stay

Pros: Breakfast was superb. Staff made sure to supply as much fresh food as possible, even if it had finished in the buffet. Great gluten free options there. View was amazing.

Cons: Minor things, no windows nor a bidet in the toilet.

Stunning views, relaxing atmosphere…and farm animals!

Pros: Wonderful dinners (a huge plus when there are no restaurants nearby), stunning views and crystal clean air. Staff delightful.

Cons: The ONLY thing I could possibly think to improve is moving the kids’ swing out from under the spa balcony – when there are a few kids on it, the balcony creaks and seems to move a bit, which takes a bit away from the perfect relaxation you’d get in that hot tub overlooking the valley otherwise.

Pros: + Location is perfect for exploring Passo Rombo/Timelsjoch and visiting the famous Motorcycling Experience Museum at Timelsjoch; + Breakfast was rich and tasty. Awesome! + We chose to order dinners at the hotel. The dinners were excellent! We had to choose our dishes in advance (at breakfast) from a 5-level menu - (1) salad buffet, (2) first couse - two options, (3) soup, (4) second course - two options, (5) dessert. The chef is an experienced professional (he had worked for German National Football Team) and the dishes were very special, unique and tasty. Superb! + Wine was not expensive, but was very good. I drink a lot of wine and feel the difference. Tried both white and red wine; + The room was spotlessly clean; + The staff was friendly and helpful, they translated the dinner menu from Deutsch to English especially for us.

Cons: We had a problem with our reservation. We had booked a Standard Double Room (booked whole 6 months ago), but when we arrived we were given an Economy Double Room. As far as the room seemed not to be what we had booked, we asked the woman at reception, then she checked the reservations and confirmed they had made an allocation mistake at their side. As far as all the rooms were occupied, we had no option other than to accept the Economy Double Room. Instead of a terrace with a beatiful view to the valley, we had to accept a smaller room with no terrace but a small window facing the wheels of the cars at the parking on the back. We had to keep the curtain closed, because the back-yard parking was a bit higher, facing inside our room through the window. We were not offered any compensation, just were refunded with the price difference of the types of rooms (10 EUR per night diff). The entrance to our room was outside the main building, so we had to use a backdoor and unlock it with another key when entering the main building, which was a bit inconvenient.

Pros: Everything was perfect. Nice, cozy place with beautiful view. Very clean rooms, excellent breakfast. Very friendly owners willing to help with everything. Highly recommended place.
