Pros: Unkomplizierte Abwicklung vor Ort (Verwalterin wohnt in Fußnähe und ist per SMS/Wh*tsApp gut erreichbar). Die Wohnung ist groß (Maisonette) und ruhig - Restaurants u. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten dafür erst im Nachbarort auf der anderen Seite der Brennerautobahn.

Pros: Sehr schöne Wohnung, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Mit eigenem Parkplatz. Frau Lorena war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
