Pros: We had a lovely stay as a family of five in this delightful cottage nestled in a hillside on the edge of the city. A truly unique location, a brisk 20 minute walk into the town centre for amazing restaurants and bars. Guests should be mindful that the property is accessible via an automatic gate (for which you will need a fob from the host) and that the driveway is long and slightly precarious if your reversing skills are lacking. The house itself is super-cute and well decorated. Beds were comfy, and heating and wi-fi was excellent. There is a fully stocked kitchen and a washing machine under the house. (no dryer, but drying racks provided) Our host was lovely and helpful and they had set up a beautiful juletre on the porch before our arrival. Just gorgeous! Next time we'll be staying longer.

Cons: It can't be helped we suppose, given the design of the house, but the bathroom was quite squishy. Small in floor space and height. And no extra toilet, though one bedroom had a plumbed sink, which was useful. We managed! Not about the accommodation - but a warning for visitors to Bolzano: at 12pm on Saturdays, be prepared for the prova settimanale delle sirene: We did not know about this and ... oh my goodness!

Excellent stay and a lovely attentive host

Pros: Excellent outdoor seating area and porch, great family dining spaces.

Pros: Sehr schönes Ambiente. Kinder und Hund konnten sich austoben. Unterkunft ist in einer ruhigen Lage. Umfeld der Unterkunft sehr Rustikal. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Und würden diese Unterkunft nochmals nutzen. Personal sehr freundlich und zuverlässig.

Pros: Die Gastgeberin hat sich um uns und unsere Frsgen sehr freundlich und schnell gekümmert.

Wir hatten ein tolle Zeit in dem Ferienhaus, es ist sehr idyllisch und erholsam dort.

Pros: Wir wurden super nett empfangen und unser Aufenthalt war wirklich toll - alles genau wie beschrieben.

Rustige plek in een levendige omgeving.

Pros: Geweldige ligging, 15 min.lopen naar het centrum. Een goede plek om de omgeving te verkennen! Een heerlijk tuin voor onze honden. Alles wat je nodig hebt, was aanwezig. De gastvrouw, Andrea, was heel vriendelijk en zorgzaam.

Cons: Niets

Für uns ein gelungener Familienaufenthalt Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieterin

Pros: Älteres Haus (ca 1935), jedoch extrem gut restauriert (z.B. Parkett sehr gepflegt, neue perfekt eingebaute Kunststoffenster) Bad (sehr klein mit Toilette) müsste noch dazukommen…. Lage idyllisch, sehr ruhig und trotzdem nicht weit von der Innenstadt, auch per Bus gut zu erreichen.

Cons: Bad und nur eine Toilette war für uns (5 Personen) umständlich

Pros: Schöne Lage im Außenbereich von Bozen ! Absolut ruhige Lage.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit privater Zufahrt

Pros: Die Vermieterin Andrea war ganz außerordentlich hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel, allerdings mit einigen Einschränkungen für das Badezimmer.

Cons: Nicht gefallen ist falsch ausgedrückt, aber die Zufahrt zum Haus ist schwierig und erfordert etwas fahrerisches Können vom Autofahrer.

Maison très agréable.

Pros: Très bel emplacement, à l'écart de la ville , calme et très arboré, tout en étant près des transports en commun. Notre hôte a été très disponible et très soucieuse de notre confort. 

Cons: Nous avons eu très chaud dans les chambres à l'étage , mais c'est vrai que la chaleur était exceptionnelle , même pour la saison. La baignoire / douche est un peu petite pour les personnes de grande taille.
