Pros: The staff were very helpful especiallyat the reception. We were given free tickets for train, cable cars and buses in the region. Breakfast was good and the view from our room was excellent. Parking was not a problem.

Pros: The check in/reception staff was very friendly & helpful, she gave us free bus & cable car tickets and suggestions on what to see in the Dolomites. Breakfast included was great. Secure hire car parking was appreciated.

Cons: Hotel was not walking distance to restaurants or cafes. We had to have dinner at the hotel restaurant (€29).

Clean comfy and nice staff

Pros: Great staff made check in easy. Room was a bit small but fine for a 1 night stay. Comfy beds, very clean room and shower. Dinner was nice and breakfast was good. Helpful staff and a good place to stay if you are cycling the Claudia Augusta

Everything we needed. Wonderful staff

Pros: The staff were amazing, so helpful, and they provide a free transport pass so you can get the bus into town. We had to leave before breakfast one morning and they provided us breakfast the night before. Well catered for gluten free too.

Cons: We selected a small basic room as it’s all we needed as a hub for our day trip, I would select a larger room for a longer stay.

Pros: A big thank you to lady on reception, think she is called Maria (sorry if I've got your name wrong) and Anton who served us for a our evening meal amazing service, the food was fantastic.. I had car issue and the lady on reception couldn't do enough to help recommend a local garage. We had the weather on our side so took advantage of the of the roof top jacuzzi whilst my car was getting fixed, stunning views. A great place to just chill

Pros: Very comfortable beds. Clean room. The view from our room is amazing. We really do enjoy our stay there.

Cons: Wish it has kettle in our room for a wee coffee and tea, and a small fridege would be lovely.And the older lady could be more approachable and friendly. But otherwise all was good.
