A superb hotel with excellent facilities, run by a dedicated family and team- thank you

Pros: The Steiner was excellent, the family running this are dedicated to ensuring you have a great stay and that’s obvious from the time you meet Sergio on the front desk to Simon ensuring you get a reservation for dinner. The young waitress from Bolzano was very friendly and always happy to see us even when very busy. We had a good chat with Peter the owner one evening after dinner who told us some of the history. There is a large camping site, swimming pools and lovely restaurant which was great value. We even met an English man who works there, Max, great guy and very helpful like the rest of the team. The rooms we stayed in were new and were immaculate and breakfast was great especially the omelets . The location is perfect for exploring the Dolomites and surroundings by Motorcycle as we did or other means. We were given a lovely send off when we checked out, Thank you 🙏

Pros: In one word - wow !!! Do not hesitate to book, great rooms, amazing restaurants very friendly staff and good facilities.

Great place, love the breakfast

Pros: Love the place, nice rooms, love the soap. The breakfast is great.

Cons: The process of coming back to the room during late nights was quite complicated. Location is pretty nice but it's slightly outskirts of bolzano. Ac was a bit weak, didn't work that well.

Pros: Desk staff moved his car, so we would have a parking place, where we would be sure not to be blocked in,

Pros: Comfortable and clean hotel, great breakfast, nice facilities such as swimming pool, restaurant, shop. The staff is very friendly. I enjoyed my stay and would come back.

Cons: The swimming pool isn't supervised, but perhaps should be because some guests let their children behave like savages and bother people in the pool.

A treat in Bozen

Pros: Great retreat shortly outside of Bozen, in the village of Laives. Convenient buses and road connection to airport and Bozen downtown, which are just few minutes drive away. Steiner hosts both a hotel and a camping site, with two restaurants (one gourmet-style for hotel guests, one more typical for camping guests). The camping area is very clean and well strutured too. No confusion around. Spacious hotel rooms, with huge bathroom and 3x walk-in shower and balcony. Great breakfast with eggs made to order. The terrace restaurant and the pools are amazing treats to recover from the summer heat. I adored them.

Cons: Street in front of rooms located along the fronside of the building. So the balcony was not really pleasant to be used. Nevertheless, no noise could be heard inside the room once the windows were closed. Gourmet-style restaurant for hotel guests is too expensive.

Pros: Nice rooms , the staff were so helpful , easy bus into town and access to Dolomites with Bolzano transport card , nice pool too

Pros: Great hotel with nice and spacy rooms with balcony, we had a nice view on the garden and pool. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful, the restaurant is good and the breakfast is really top with a great choice and quality. For our daily trips, the hotel was also very well located.

Pros: Rooms were great, spacious and had all facilities needed. Wide range to choose from for breakfast Very nice and polite staff, allowed to leave luggage for the rest of the day after checkout and also kept some medicine in their fridges for us Parking is free and we always found a spot
