A Gem of Bolzano

Pros: Position easy to reach center by bus, confortable parking. Staff very friendly and supportive. Strong wifi. Rooms big, modern, well fitted, spotless clean, great beds, a touch of confort and luxury. Rooms are fixed every day. Great spa, restaurant and bar very nice. Breakfast delicious for all wishes with quality products. This hotel is about confort and luxury at a great price. Over expectation, we will come back any time.

Pros: Large comfortable room , nice location with few min drive to center, good spa , hotel well decorated to New Year

Cons: Our room was on the 4th floor and we were waiting for the elevator each time for 5, 10 min ...and many times when it came it was already full and we had to wait again for the next one🤷‍♀️

Pros: Nice hotel with private parking close to highway so visiting south Tyrol's landmarks is easy from here

Cons: The SPA is like an FKK beach. People running around naked proper dressing etiquette should be enforced.

Pros: Location was ok for us as we used it as a base to visit several spots, in the mountains. It is not in the center of the city, but you get get there easily by train. They had some gluten free options for the breakfast (schar buns, some croissonts....). Very nice touch was the juice maker, where you can squeez apples and carrots for a fresh juice, every morning!

Cons: Nothing special to add.

Pros: Position very close to train station to go to Bolzano centre and Merano. Very nice breakfast.

Cons: Strange elevator key thing where it only allows you to go your floor (fair enough) but isn't explained very well.

We enjoyed our stay. We caught a bus 5km into Bolzano square. The supermaket is very close. .

Pros: The breakfast wa exceptional. The foyer and bar nice decor. The staff had good language skills. Checkout time of midday very generous.

Cons: The extractor fan was outside the bathroom and as a result ineffectual. It was also noisy for a long time.
