Good value for money

Pros: Excellent breakfast - exceeded expectations! Bathroom modern and clean. Great value for money.

Very nice and clean room in the hotel which is a little bit far.

Pros: We like the whole room, it was clean, spacious, with really nice bathroom. We appreciated very comfortable beds and pillows. Check-in and check-out process was smooth, communication with the hotel as well and our special request was accepted too.

Cons: The location is not so good, from the main train station one needs to travel almost 30 minutes by public transport of 40 minutes by foot.

Pros: The breakfast was nice with plenty of choices. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: The location is a bit far away from the city center, although there are frequent busses during the day, they stop running after 8-9 pm (depending on the route and day of the week I guess)

Pros: Convenient parking, great for wide or long cars. I stayed with my dog and had no issues. Tasty breakfast

Cons: The soundproofing could be better — you can hear people walking in the hallway

Comfortable Stay

Pros: Friendly Staff. Large spacious modern room. Cleaned daily. Local Information available from front desk. Food/drink vending machine in lobby. Breakfast available for an added cost. Sited in the south of Bolzano, with plenty of parking, around 30 minutes walk into old town centre. Would stay again and recommend.

Cons: No kettle/tea/coffee facilities in room.

Pros: The rooms are very well equipped with fridge. The reception even has an ice machine, which is very unusual to accommodations in Italy.

Pros: Large clean room. Good on-site parking and just an hour drive to some great hikes in the Dolomites. The coffee machine in the lobby was great too.

Pros: The staff were very helpful. The room was big and spacious. The hotel has lots of free parking space and it is clearly big on saving the environment.

Cons: The hotel itself is located in an industrial neighborhood which we did not enjoy too much, because we went out for walks both evenings we stayed there. The walls of the room we got needed new paint and the floor at the entrance was damaged and did not allow proper door opening. The room itself was clean, but the area around the window could’ve been cleaner (some small dead bugs which were probably sitting there for a few weeks).
