Pros: Roon clean and confortable , no breakfast available

Pros: It was clean a d tidy, the gent on reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, beds comfortable, and plenty of hot water for a shower.

Cons: We could not get breakfast.

Don't be put off by negative reviews, perfect little hotel.

Pros: I was skeptical staying here after reading bad reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised.. It was closed when I arrived but has a sign on door saying check in from 3pm, I returned and was greeted by a very friendly young lady, check in was quick and easy.. Being a solo traveller for 1 night I booked the cheapest single room and ended up getting a nice double. The room was modern, clean, comfortable, lovely bathroom with warm shower, I didn't explore the area much but they have vending machines on the landing with drinks/snacks. The girl at reception was very helpful with local info, and the hotel itself is a 15 minute walk from town along the river through the public gardens. I'd definitely stay here again.

Cons: Only negative I had was one of the windows was broken and hanging off the hinge, but still opened fully. And the outside of the hotel has metal shutters over the windows, this was half down so made obscured the view/light entering the room. I never spoke to reception as it wasn't a massive issue and maybe would of been an easy fix.

Cons: city is getting a little shady at night watch out for train station lots of charecters around at night

Ottimo soggiorno

Pros: Staff gentilissimo e disponibile, ottima pulizia, bagno ampio. I letti erano sufficientemente comodi e il riscaldamento, regolabile direttamente in camera, più che soddisfacente.

Cons: L'insonorizzazione rispetto alla strada era ottima, un po' meno quella rispetto alle camere accanto.

Pros: Рождественская ярмарка в Больцано.Мы остановились в отеле на одну ночь.Комната просторная ,теплая.Расположение удобное,автобусная остановка через дорогу ,приветливый персонал.Мы забронировали на Booking последний номер с двумя отдельными кроватями.Очень благодарны,что в отеле нам заменили номер на двухспальную кровать.

Cons: В ванной комнате было прохладно.

Pros: Posizione centrale e basta scendere dall'hotel per trovare dal ristorante Tex-mex al giapponese e attraversare la strada per pizzerie e bar. Posizionato di fianco al parco del lungofiume è possibile raggiungere in pochissimi minuti tutti gli impianti sportivi, posizionati lungo il fiume e con piste ciclabili e pedonali.

Pros: L'hotel è posizionato a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro, questo permette di trovare parcheggio più facilmente e a un costo contenuto.

Cons: Non è presente un parcheggio dedicato dell'hotel, abbiamo messo la macchina nel parcheggio a pagamento, fortunatamente a un costo molto basso e vicino all'hotel.

Pros: Gentili, ospitali, stanze ben arredate e molto pulite

Cons: Colazione alle macchinette, o ai bar esterni all'hotel. Questa è la pecca da me segnalata nei servizi

Pros: Schönes Zimmer mit einem kleinen Balkon. Sehr sauber. Freundliches hilfsbereites Personal.
