Pros: The location to the Christmas market was excellent just a few yards away. The room was huge over 2 floors (junior suite) The staff were lovely.

Pros: Absolutely loved it here. The bed was comfy the amenities were great the location is great and the staff were lovely and really helpful.

Pros: Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Big rooms with large comfortable beds. Good breakfast and no the whole family enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Swimming pool at the sister hotel, so not the most convenient.

Pros: Excellent hotel right at the center of bolzano. We were allotted room no 207 which had a beautiful view of the cathedral and the square

Pros: We loved everything about this hotel, from the superb central location with underground parking to the sumptuous, enormous bedroom / suite and delicious breakfast with outdoor seating option. Staff were also super friendly and helpful. Cannot fault this place. Absolutely A*****.

Cons: Didn't like dragging our luggage up and down stairs both from garage-lift to reception and from reception to room lift and then more stairs on the room floor. Very poor arrangement.
