Wonderful hotel with great staff

Pros: The hotel is right in front of the train station, so location is perfect for those who need to catch an early train/bus (as we did on our way to ski slopes). At the reception we were given recommendations for where to have dinner and also a 10% discount for some of the restaurants.

A lovely hotel in a great location - perfect for short stays!

Pros: Great location - a step across the road from the main train station, close to city centre and everything we wanted to see in a short space of time. The room was clean, but a bit pokey with the extra sofa bed being out - for 4 travellers with all our bags but we only stayed one night so it was fine for what we needed. They provided tea and coffee facilities in the room but only one bottle of water.

Cons: It’s a bit dated and there’s no lounge area to relax but nothing else was a problem.

Fantastic and superb service provided by the hotel staff in Hotel Regina.

Pros: Fantastic staff, so helpful and cheerful. Fabulous wide spread breakfast, totally and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. Very clean room. Major plus point is they also keep our luggage for us after check out and absolutely free of charge. Super close proximity to the Bolzano train station and bus station. Was provided with free Bus pass too by the hotel. Will definitely recommend friends and family to stay in Hotel Regina. Thank you Hotel Regina for a fabulous stay and your superb service. Well done and keep it up!

Nice hotel that needs a bit of updating

Pros: Staff very helpful. Very comfortable bed. Good shower. Aircon. Clean. Good breakfast options. Kettle / coffee and tea in room. Parked motorbike in courtyard for 10 euros

Cons: Needs updating and the room smelt a bit foosty. Decor is very dated. No USB sockets in room. Heavy blanket on bed instead of light duvets. The 'pretend' bacon left me gutted! Warmed ham is not a bacon substitute 😅

Pros: An outstanding find for travelers! Prime location just a 3-minute walk from Central Station made our arrival effortless, even with heavy luggage. The staff were exceptionally welcoming – they swiftly helped us park in their secure on-site lot. Considering the central location, spacious rooms, and the freshly prepared breakfast, the rates feel almost too reasonable. Whether you're a train traveler, road-tripper, or value-conscious explorer, this hotel delivers convenience and comfort without breaking the bank.
