Pros: Everything was impressive. It was more than a hotel stay - the journey of art at Parkhotel Laurin unfolded. By the time all the pieces came together for me, my inspiration was dancing!

A traditional hotel at the gateway to the Dolomites.

Pros: The hotel location is outstanding, in the very heart of Bolzano, close to shops, churches, old town streets, and even the Christmas Market. Breakfast was very good indeed, not only for the food but also for the service.

Cons: The parking for the car could have been better, because it is a public parking but with only a little space for the guests, but with no guarantee.

Pros: Excellent hospitality! Rooms has everything necessary, room is comfortable and spacious. Bed is very comfortable! Breakfast is superb! Service is great!

Cons: Not a disadvantage, but consider that there is a pretty popular bar right next to the reception, with parties and quite crowded in the evening.

Great hotel in an amazing city...

Pros: Beautiful classic hotel , well maintained. Our room was spacious and well appointed, we appreciated the robes..! And our bathroom was amazing..! Breakfast was wonderful ...yhe sauna was wonderful and the staff were proffesional and friendly...! Keep up the good work....!

Pros: The location is very center. Comfortable room, bed and pillow. Beautiful traditional style hotel! Breakfast was great!

Cons: There were road work in progress, therefore difficult to get to when you drive. Beware of the ZTL zone.

Cons: Some staff at reception were not very helpful with tourist information and suggestions on restaurants. More interested in the computer screen than eye contact. Could do with more training with people skills.
