Lovely hotel

Pros: Beautiful rooms. Perfectly located. Staff were very friendly

Cons: My CC got scammed on booking.com through conversations with the venue. This wasn't their fault but the way they addressed my issues wasn't adequate. I never heard back about whether they'd addressed the issue. I believe this is probably more a booking.com issue which they need to get on top of but won't.

PERFECT

Pros: Location is perfect, in the middle of everything and max 5 min walk from the train station. The hotel is very elegant and clean, and the staff was helpful. This might be the best hotel I've ever stayed in. I am already considering coming back to Bolzano and this hotel will definitely be my choice.

Pros: Historic property in the centre of Bolzano. Rooms was small but perfectly formed though bathroom a little small. Housekeeping and staff exceptional and a great breakfast.

A very nice hotel close to all amenities

Pros: The Stadt Hotel Citta is in a very good location at the side of the plaza. A beautiful building, it is close to shops, restaurants and within walking distance to the train station. On our arrival, we had a very pleasant interaction with the receptionist Alexia. She was very cheerful and helpful and made us feel very welcomed. Breakfast was good and plentiful, with enough variety. The bedrooms were well-furnished though without a closet.

Cons: All was OK.
