Great town, great hotel, friendly service

Pros: Location is very good, close to the downtown. Reception was super kind. A big bonus considering difficult parking in Bolzano, is a garage at the other side of the streer

Lovely hotel in nice location

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection with some amazing pastries. The room was a good size and being a family room allowed the kids to have their own room. We also had a tourist card for public transport which was great. The hotel is about a 10min walk from the station and city centre. Overall very happy with our stay.

Easy to find, close to centre and the best of all, excellent parking facilities.

Pros: Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Covered and secure parking perfect and right by hotel.

Cons: Restaurant closed when we visited but not a problem as staff pointed us in direction of some good places to go.

Pros: Perfect breakfast. An excellent choice for travelers who want to stay close to the train station and the Funivia Renon for going up to the mountain.

Cons: No view from my room, but that’s pretty standard for most hotels regarding single rooms.

Pros: Good service, super nice personnel. Clean, comfortable, and great location. Finish sauna open from 9 to 21 hs included. Bolzano card included, recommend to access the funicular nearby. Parking covered 11e and open 8e for one whole day.

Lovely few days in a gem of Bolzano

Pros: Oasis in Bolzano, lovely modern hotel in a vintage building, gorgeous pool and grounds, even a cat to say Hi to! Breakfast was excellent, restaurant food top quality. Bed incredibly comfortable.
