Ukraine 🇺🇦

Pros: I contacted the hotel for the late check in, past their usual time. They arranged it for me and were very helpful. All the staff was friendly and always available if we needed anything. We liked the fitness area and the lounge. The bed was comfortable, nice bathroom with heated floor and direct access to a small garden that definitely can be enjoyable during warm seasons. Wellness area has an amazing view and is well kept. Great breakfast, every day a different home made cake. Many healthy options and regional products. There is a garage easily accessible and many chargers for the electric vehicles.

Cons: Enforcing the no under 16 of age rule at the Sauna area.

Very comfortable hotel in a great place

Pros: Great room, even bigger then we expected, wide bed with super comfortable mattress, nice area of the hotel and staff. Convenient parking and spacious bike room.

Cons: There is no proper restaurant in the hotel, breakfast is a bit poor. You don't expect that from the hotel with this price. Wifi worked very bad in the room.

Pros: Bola to pre nás nádherná dovolenka, veľmi sme si užili pobyt v prekrásnom hoteli. Všetko bolo dokonale čisté, personál bol vždy nápomocní a stále usmiaty. Každý detail bol dokonale premyslený. Vonkajšie prostredie v ktorom sa hotel nachádza bolo nádherné. Ďakujeme za krásnu dovolenku, veľmi radi sa tam znova vrátime.

Pros: Sehr freundlich, haben mir persönlich zum Geburtstag gratuliert und ich habe ein kleine selbstgebackene Sachertorte bekommen (war super gut), tolle Aussicht aufs Tal und die Umgebung, viele Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen (Liegen, Sessel, Pool, Liegewiese, etc.), Selfservicebereich mit Getränken und Snacks, eigener Sauna- und Poolbereich mit Mega Ausblick, große Tiefgarage mit Lademöglichkeiten für E-Autos,

Semplicemente...ottimo!

Pros: Bellissima struttura situata in una zona tranquilla, molto ben curata e dotata di ogni comfort (compresa una palestra e una spa) a pochi minuti da Merano e in ottima posizione per raggiungere luoghi di interesse e impianti di risalita. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per ogni richiesta o esigenza. Camera con terrazzino confortevole e accogliente con bagno privato. Veramente ottima la colazione con prodotti di primissima qualità. Struttura dotata di parcheggio coperto. Consigliatissima!

Cons: Wellnessbereich dürfte etwas länger und früher geöffnet haben.

Una meraviglia con SPA tra le vigne

Pros: Posizione splendida a Lagundo, comodo per le piste da sci e per visitare Merano, ma abbastanza in mezzo alle vigne per poter godere lo splendido panorama delle Dolomiti stando fuori dalla città. L'appartamento era molto spazioso e con tutti i comfort, il letto comodissimo e il balconcino apprezzatissimo. La cucina ci ha permesso di prepararci le nostre cene godendoci tramonti e cieli stellati. Abbiamo passato momenti di relax nella spa con Saune e idromassaggio con vista panoramica (e tramonti inclusi). Comodissimo anche il garage, abbiamo fatto qualche partita a ping-pong e biliardino e una capatina in palestra per smaltire i canederli di troppo :). Fantastico, ci torneremo sicuramente!

Cons: Difficile trovare qualcosa di non perfetto, ma se possibile avrei aggiunto una macchina per il caffè espresso e ogni 3 giorni avrei previsto una pulizia della stanza
