Pros: Excellent place to stay in Bolzano. Staff was really friendly, it was very clean and in a very nice location.

Very comfortable

Pros: Staff is very friendly and helpful, the hostess at the reception made sure we knew our way around and had all the tips and recommendations. The location is very close to the center, and the rooms are clean and comfy.

Great option if parking required, convenient location walking distance to the City center

Pros: Extremely practical if travelling by car with luggage, as underground closed parking spots are available at the hotel upon additional reservation and fee. Clean room, excellent shower, practical location close to WE market and other shops and cafés.

Cons: The bed frame is far too large and leaves too little space to circulate around, bumped into it with both legs, quite painful. An electric kettle and a fridge in the room would have been really appreciated.

Pros: The rooms were very clean, the furnishing was really good. The breakfast was relatively simple, but of good quality.The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons: As said above, the staff was friendly overall, but at times did not appear to be too motivated. The bed was comfortable, yet appeared not to be too robust.
