I will stay there again

Pros: Very nice staff, very attentive and friendly. The location is optimal - close to the station and the city centre, very well connected with the ski resorts. The room was spacious and clean, the view from the balcony was amazing! I will definitely stay there again.

Cons: Something like a small electric kettle in the room would be nice.

Nice Mountain Views from Balcony

Pros: Staff was very kind and waited for my late arrival. The room is small and basic, but has a balcony with a very nice mountain view. Just a few min from the station.

Es war eine warme hilfsbereite Athmosphaere und es gab einen garantierten Autoabstellplatz

Pros: Eine direkte Aussicht auf die nahen Berge vom 7. Stock des Hotelgebaeudes aus, man sah wie die Sonne zunehmend die Gegend beleuchteten.

Cons: Es war alles perfekt.

Cons: I Bagni, le porte delle camere e l'impianto elettrico mostrano tutti i loro anni. Necessiterebbero di una svecchiata.

Pros: Sehr gute Lage. Schnell im Ort und auch am Bahnhof. Hotel liegt im 7. Stock. Im ersten Moment etwas merkwürdig, aber uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Frühstück wird liebevoll zubereitet.

Hier fühlt man sich zu Hause

Pros: Wenn man das Haus in dem das Hotel ist, das erste Mal sieht, erschrickt man. Es sieht von aussen leider nicht so einladend aus. Aber das Hotel ist spitze. Roberta und Karl sind Engel. Sie helfen einem immer und lesen einem die Wünsche von den Augen ab. Mit ihrer Freundlichkeit und Ehrlichkeit fühlt man sich zu Hause.

Soggiorno con visita a Merano , struttura ben curata a pochi passi dal centro , molto pulito , torneremo .

Pros: Ottima posizione a pochi passi dal centro , camera spaziosa , letto super comodo , balcone con vista montagna , pulitissimo . La proprietaria simpaticissima molto disponibile e gentile
