Great hotel and easy for the center

Pros: A wonderful grand old hotel that was in its heyday 100 years ago ..... The building and architecture is beautiful. Comfortable beds and friendly front desk staff. A very short walk in a safe environment to the thermal spa and town.

Cons: Paying 20 euro a day for parking The furnishing do not match the grand interior or the building which is a shame but then I would be expecting to pay double the price. The rooms at the front are on a very noisy road all day and night traffic.

Great location

Pros: It was very close to the train station and just a 10 mins walk to the centre. Good location. The staff were lovely and a good breakfast, especially the cheese!!

Cons: A bit tired and dated for the price.

A lovely historic hotel.

Pros: It was a lovely historic hotel. Not too far from station. We had a large room. Lovely breakfast buffet.

Cons: The bathroom was huge, but the shower small. It had 2 basins. I’m sure they had constraints with plumbing in an old building, but I would think that the bathroom area could have been better utilised.

Elegant atmosphere with friendly service

Pros: A grand hotel with historic style and atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Cons: The room was clean, but the furniture was a bit old-fashioned. The bathroom with toilet was quite small, but everything was well maintained.

The aura in the house was very nice and all around the staff was very nice

Pros: I really liked the warm welcome at the reception ! The breakfast buffet had a nice variety unfortunately the eggs where cold on the second day and there was also no traditional vinschgauer bread on the second day.
